Professionally Printed Stationery - FAQ

When I click on the link for "Professionally printed" items, why am I brought to a different web site? Dundee Printing is an authorized dealer for several printers. Each printer maintains the web site keeping the prices and products up-to-date. When you place an order through one of these sites, Dundee Printing will receive your order, review it and contact you with any questions. Although you may be ordering from one of our "dealer sites", Dundee Printing will still be responsible for the processing and customer service of your order. If you have ANY questions, problems or concerns you will call Dundee Printing and only Dundee Printing. No run arounds. We take your order and handle all aspects until you are satified with your item. By not having to maintain a huge database of items, and allowing the printers to keep their products up to date, enables us to spend more time on customer service and keep our prices lower.

How are the items printed? Is "raised print" available? All items are printed with a method called thermography, which produces a "raised" print (unless noted). Return addresses on envelopes are usually printed in ink producing a "flat" print.

Can I see a proof before I order my invitations / announcements? Yes, proofs are available for invitations. Online proofs are free of charge and are produced instantly once you have entered in all of your information. You can change your selections and your wording and get a new proof with the new information. Because these proofs are computer generated, they may not be perfect, but they do serve as a good sample of what the finished product will look like. Still not sure? You can receive a black-and-white print out of the actual wording laid out that will be printed on the invitations (small fee of approximately $8). If you need to see actual printed invitation before ordering, please call our customer service department (877-DND-PRNT) "press proofs" are only available on our Birchcraft items.



My wedding is coming up soon, how fast can I get my invitations? Invitations are printed up and ship usually withing 2-3 business days. If there are questions on your order, or you request a proof, additional time will be required. Under certain conditions we may be able to expidite your order and ship same or next day.

How will my items be shipped? All printed items are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available.

What if there is a problem with my order? Here at Dundee Printing, we want you to be 100% satified with your order. We will do whatever we can to achieve this goal. If there is a problem on your order and it is determined the error is on our part, your item will be reprinted and shipped at no expense to you. If the error is on your part, you will be responsible for the cost of a reprint and shipping. Dundee Printing does discount any items that need to be reprinted.
