Cancellations: Once personalization has begun on orders, they can not be cancelled. Note: Most orders are begun within hours of being placed, so cancellation is very difficult.
Returns: Personalized items may not be returned. Items in re-salable condition may be returned, within 14 days of receipt and with prior authorization. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the wrong item was shipped. No refund on shipping costs.
